Definition of a “peer” for the ECD fee based peer program: includes children that do not have, or not suspected of having, a disability. Eligibility to be considered or to maintain status, as a peer in this program requires meeting this definition.
The following requirements must be met in order to apply for the Fee Based Peer Program.
- Child MUST be three or four years old on or before August 31, 2013
- You MUST live in the Olathe School District (Even if you are a school district employee).
- Child MUST be toilet trained (Not in diapers or pull-ups during the daytime).
- Child must speak and understand English as their primary language.
- Complete the ASQ parent questionnaires and once scored, be at the appropriate developmental level.
