Safety Drills

Ravenwood recognizes the importance of practicing preparation drills and will be conducting Tornado, Fire and Lock Down drills within the first two weeks of school. The Lock Down drill (classroom doors locked, lights off, students moved to a safe area away from windows) can be frightening to younger students; we will refer to this as a Hide and Go Seek Drill. Thank you for visiting with your students about the importance of practicing drills. What a great time to conduct a drill at home!
